Yes, under core supports - Short Term accommodation.

Read more on our website here.

How do I make a booking?

You can start the booking process by getting in touch with me to discuss your needs in detail.

Are the locations accessible for wheelchairs?

The entire Goonellabah home, Rosebank and Windaboo properties are accessible by wheelchair. Here's a little more information about our home.

Will you provide the Support Workers/Mentors?

Yes, all Support Workers/Mentors are provided. They have WWCC (Working with Children Checked), and have relevant industry qualifications. More importantly, everyone at Just Like Home works diligently to provide a fun and engaging environment where you can use your imagination to ensure maximum enjoyment during the stay with us.

Are you close to a hospital?

Yes, our home-stay in Goonellabah is centrally located. Lismore Base Hospital is only a five-minute drive.

What age limits are in place?

We can offer support to anyone aged 8 to 65 years, who has available Core Funding in their NDIS plan. Our spaces and services can accommodate any age guest.

How many guests stay at a time?

All of our guests are given our full attention, as they are our only focus. With COVID requirements we are able to have up to 3 guests with 1:1 supports at a time in Goonellabah. In other locations we will discuss during the booking process.

We can provide 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4 ratios of support. Our rates reflect the support level provided.

Do I need a service agreement?

Generally no, however it is recommended by the NDIA. STA service providers are not required to use written service agreements. Even if you have a service agreement, you can still receive supports even if you haven’t signed it. Find out more here.

How much do you charge?

The NDIS publishes capped rates for all supports provided in the scheme, find more information here. Typically we charge the capped rate for all our services.

If you have budget constraints, talk with us about what you need and how we may be able to help.
